To report trouble with your water or sewer service or to report a break in a water or sewer main, please contact NCWSA directly at (803) 276-7020.

NCWSA maintains 24 hour customer service with after-hours, on-call staff ready to respond to system emergencies.

After-hours staff cannot assist with billing or payment issues.  Please contact customer service during normal working hours (Monday thru Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am to 11:30 am) for billing or payment issues.
