The NCW&SA Board of Directors is made up of one board member from each district of the Newberry County Council. Each county councilman nominates the representative from his district to the Office of the Govenor of South Carolina which must approve each member before he or she is seated. The board members are uncompensated.
The NCW&SA Board of Directors holds a public meeting the third Thursday of each month in the Authority's conference room at 13903 C.R. Koon Hwy. Newberry, SC.
